This is a unique and hands-on class that offers amateurs bakers an opportunity to create over 2 intense days several bûches de noël.

Through this class, you will create trendy and classy professional-looking mousse cakes without a professional equipment or commercial kitchen, and using ingredients you probably already have at home.
